Today,my breakfast---spaghetti.^^
Some vegetable,some tomato sauce and a glass of milk~
And,another vexed thing is---------i'm fat ady !!
Oh My God...tis holiday make me becum fatty and fatty.T^T
So...i'm ady plan a keep fit scheme at tis moring~
1.Don't eat too much of meat,don't eat sweet food and fast food.(ex: Mc,KFC,Pizza Huts) And eat more fruit or vegetable.
2.Drink more water,don't drink soda water--never!
3.Have some run(15 minits) and exercise--yoga.
4.Don't eat before slp.
So,i also start my keep fit scheme today!! haha.
This is Pink Lady--Oatmilk is made of--1.organic oats ,2.buckwheat , 3.mung beans , 4.black rice , 5.red lentil , 6.blacks soy beans , 7.yellow soy beans , 8.red sorghum , 9.wheat berries , 10.barley.It very good to drink,and very good for health!! :D
